Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienen von konventionellen , NC - oder CNC - Rundschleifmaschinen
  • Rüsten der Bauteile und Auswahl der Schleifscheiben und Schleifparameter
  • Vorbearbeitung von Bauteilen zur Beschichtung und Fertigbearbeitung der beschichteten Bauteile
  • Bearbeitung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien
  • Kontrolle und Maßprüfung der gefertigten Teile
  • Pflege und Wartung der Maschinen

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungs - oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im Rundschleifen
  • Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Schichtwerkstoffen sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messwerkzeugen
  • Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen , Arbeits - und Prüfplänen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse ist Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige , zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
