Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einzelfertigung von Bauteilen nach Zeichnung
  • Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen
  • Einrichten von konventionellen und CNC-gesteuerten Wälzfräsmaschinen
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität durch entsprechende eigenständige Qualitätskontrollen
  • Stetige Fertigungsoptimierung (Programm-, Rüst- und Laufzeitoptimierung)

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in, CNC-Dreher/in, Verzahnungsfräser/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder CNC-Dreher
  • Erfahrungen in der Einrichtung und Programmierung von Siemens Sinumerik Shop-Turn sowie DIN-ISO von Vorteil
  • Sicherheit im Lesen komplexer Zeichnungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
