  • Bei einem unserer namhaften Kunden, einem Hochtechnologieunternehmen für Werkzeugmaschinen und Lasertechnik, suchen wir Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) in der Ultrapräzisionsfertigung am Standort Ditzingen in Vollzeit.
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen.

Zerspanungsmechaniker (w/m/d) Ultrapräzisionsfertigung

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Du fertigst hochpräzise Metalloptiken (z. B. Spiegel) und mechanische Präzisionsflächen im Ultrapräzisionsbereich.
  • Du richtest CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen ein und bedienst diese eigenständig – unter anderem von Precitech , Schneider und LT Ultra .
  • Du erstellst, optimierst und verfeinerst CNC-Bearbeitungsprogramme und entwickelst Fertigungsprozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du prüfst und vermesst optische Wirkflächen mit hochgenauen Messsystemen (u. a. Interferometer).
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Wartung, Pflege und Prozessstabilität der Ultrapräzisionsmaschinen.
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (w/m/d)
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im CNC-Drehen oder CNC-Fräsen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Präzisions- oder Ultrapräzisionsumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in der CNC-Programmierung sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP S/4HANA
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägter Qualitätsanspruch
  • Teamgeist sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
