## ZFA / MFA für die Rezeption (m/w/d)

Die Praxis Dr. Dr. Tröltzsch beschäftigt aktuell rund 30 Mitarbeiter/innen in den Bereichen Assistenz, Prophylaxe, Verwaltung, Hygiene und Zahntechnik. Neben der modernen Zahnmedizin umfasst unser Behandlungsfeld ein breites Spektrum in den Fachbereichen Oralchirurgie und Mund-Kiefer-Gesichtschirurgie sowie Hautchirurgie. Zusätzlich bieten wir Leistungen im Gebiet der klassischen und zahnmedizinischen Ästhetik an.

### Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) für unsere Rezeption.

  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst u. a.
  • Empfang und Betreuung der Patienten
  • Terminkoordination (telefonisch, per E-Mail oder persönlich)
  • Dokumentation und Pflege der Patientendaten
  • Korrespondenz mit anderen Zahn-/Arztpraxen
  • organisatorische Aufgaben im Rahmen des Tagesgeschäftes
  • Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem medizinischen Beruf (z.B. ZFA, MFA)
  • ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • gepflegtes Auftreten und positive Ausstrahlung
  • schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Sorgfalt, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Sozialkompetenz und Empathie
  • Flexibilität und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
