Warum treffen wir uns jeden Tag?

Weil wir dafür sorgen, dass Zähne erst gar nicht erkranken.

Wir haben einen strukturierten Tagesablauf mit festen Behandlungszeiten und einer täglichen Notfallsprechstunde.

Was du als ZFA in der Rezeption machst, müssen wir dir nicht erklären. Uns ist vielmehr wichtig, dass du in unser kleines Team passt, dich wohlfühlst und gerne zur Arbeit kommst.

Das bieten wir:

  • 35 Stunden/Woche in Vollzeit – und genau dieses Modell bevorzugen wir
  • 35 Urlaubstage
  • Wenig Erfahrung: 3.000 € brutto/Monat
  • Viel Erfahrung: 3.500 € brutto/Monat
  • Expertenstatus: ab 4.000 € brutto/Monat
  • Regelmäßige Gehaltserhöhungen gehören bei uns dazu
  • Leistungs- und präsenzabhängiges 13. Monatsgehalt
  • Notdienstbezahlung mit Zuschlägen

Unsere Arbeitszeiten:

  • Montag & Mittwoch: 7:30–12:30 Uhr und 14:30–17:30 Uhr
  • Dienstag & Donnerstag: 7:30–13:30 Uhr
  • Freitag: 7:30–12:30 Uhr

So lernen wir uns kennen:

  • 1. Erstkontakt
  • Kurze E-Mail oder kurzes Telefonat.
  • 2. Video-Call
  • Wenn es grundsätzlich passt, benötigen wir vorab noch einen Lebenslauf. Anschließend lernen wir uns in einem kurzen Video-Call etwas besser kennen.
  • 3. Persönliches Kennenlernen
  • Danach treffen wir uns in der Praxis und lernen uns auch persönlich kennen.
  • 4. Reinschnuppern
  • Wir testen mindestens einen Tag lang gemeinsam den Praxisalltag und schauen, wie
