Wir suchen in Direktvermittlung eine/n Zoll und Versandexperten (m/w/d) für den Bereich Import/Export im Großraum Bietigheim-Bissingen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Frachtbriefen, Pro-Forma-Rechnungen und Zolldokumenten unter Berücksichtigung der relevanten Vorschriften
  • Einholung von Frachtangeboten und Unterstützung bei der Importabwicklung im Einkauf
  • Verantwortung für alle Zollformalitäten, Prüfung von Warentarifnummern und Pflege von Exportkontrollprozessen
  • Erstellung der wöchentlichen Ausfuhrliste, monatlichen Intrastat-Meldung sowie Schadensabwicklung mit Logistikdienstleistern

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium (Erfahrung auch möglich)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Versandabwicklung oder im Zollbereich
  • Fundierte Zollkenntnisse (insbesondere Export)
  • Erfahrung mit SAP
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative und Kreativität
