In dieser Position sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen internationalen Warenversand von unserem Logistikzentrum in Eschbach zu unseren Kunden. Gleichzeitig übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle für die zollrechtliche Compliance des Standortes.

## Welchen Mehrwert Sie schaffen

  • Koordination internationaler Sendungen sowie Erstellung der erforderlichen Versand- und Zolldokumente
  • Durchführung von ATLAS-Ausfuhranmeldungen und Versandverfahren sowie Bearbeitung zollrechtlicher Sonderfälle
  • Prüfung von Einfuhranmeldungen und Abgabenbescheiden und Sicherstellung einer korrekten Zollabwicklung
  • Betreuung der Zollbewilligungen einschließlich AEO sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für Zollbehörden und Außenprüfungen
  • Sicherstellung korrekter Warennummern, Ursprungs- und Präferenznachweise gemeinsam mit Trade Compliance EMEA
  • Überwachung der Zoll-Compliance am Standort, Reporting an die Geschäftsführung sowie Anhalten unklarer Sendungen bis zur Klärung

## Was Sie mitbringen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Außenhandel, Logistik oder Zoll
  • Weiterbildung im Zollbereich, z. B. als Zollfachkraft, Europäischer Logistiker von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Zollabwicklung und im Versand, vorzugsweise in Handel oder Industrie

## Was Sie auszeichnet

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ATLAS Einfuhr/Ausfuhr, Versandverfahren und zolltariflicher Einreihung
  • Kenntnisse im Präferenzrecht und Warenursprung sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Zollprüfungen oder Bewilligungsverfahren
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (SD/MM) und Zollsoftware, idealerweise AEB Assist 4; SAP-GTS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse in Exportkontrolle und Sanktionsrecht
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fließendes Englisch
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und dokumentationsstarke Arbeitsweise
