We are seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead oncology sales operations, drive commercial growth, and expand product reach across an assigned territory. In this strategic leadership role, you will develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets while managing and coaching a specialized team of oncology sales professionals. You will build strong relationships with oncologists, hematologists, key opinion leaders, and healthcare institutions to strengthen market presence and support effective engagement. Using market intelligence, performance data, and competitive insights, you will identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies. Working closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access teams, you will promote scientific excellence, ethical practices, and a patient-centric approach. This is an opportunity to combine commercial leadership, team development, and meaningful impact in the oncology field.
