Ihre Aufgaben

  • Rechtzeitige akustische Weitergabe von Informationen für Reisende
  • an den Bahnsteigen
  • Bedienung der Fahrgastinformationsanlagen der zu betreuenden
  • Stationen und Bahnhöfe
  • Überwachung des Betriebsgeschehens
  • Auswertung eingehender Reiseinformationen des tagesaktuellen
  • Fahrplans in den Informationssystemen
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe für betriebliche Abläufe im Verkehrsumfeld

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Fahrgastinformation oder Bereitschaft zur
  • Einarbeitung
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort
  • und Schrift
