Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständiges Programmieren von CNC-Maschinen mit Mazatrol-Steuerung
  • Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen moderner CNC-Maschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen sowie Klein- und Mittelserien
  • Durchführung von Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen der gefertigten Bauteile
  • Optimierung bestehender Programme sowie Fertigungsprozesse
  • Überwachung der laufenden Produktion
  • Wartung, Pflege und Reinigung der Maschinen
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
  • Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb (Früh-/Spätschicht)

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Feinwerkmechaniker, Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im CNC-Drehen und/oder CNC-Fräsen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Mazatrol-Steuerung
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
