Mit Dir wird unsere Arbeit noch besser! Wir suchen Dich ab sofort und natürlich unbefristet als zusätzliche Betreuungskraft (m / w / d) nach § 43b SGB XI in Teilzeit (19,25 Std./Woche).

Im Ev. Altenhilfezentrum Birstein versorgen wir in unserer stationären Einrichtung 60 pflegebedürftige Menschen aller Pflegegrade, die, trotz eingeschränkter Fähigkeiten, auch weiterhin aktiv am Leben teilnehmen möchten. Zudem verfügen wir über 15 Tagespflegeplätze und sind mehrpersonalisiert nach SGB XI mit Fach- und Hilfskräften.

  • eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung / Qualifikation nach den Betreuungskräfterichtlinien (§ 43b SGB XI) (ehemals §87b SGB XI)
  • ausgeprägte persönliche und soziale Kompetenzen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • wertschätzenden Umgang mit den uns anvertrauten Menschen, entsprechend unseres christlichen Leitbildes
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit Bewohnern, Angehörigen und anderen Kunden
  • Freude im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • emotionale Stabilität und soziale Kompetenz
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • ein hohes Maß an eigenverantwortlicher und selbstständiger Arbeit
  • gutes Arbeitsklima in einem qualifizierten, motivierten Team
  • persönliche Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten u.a. durch das eigene Diakonische Aus- und Fortbildungszentrum (DAFZ) od. regionale Bildungsträger
  • unbefristete Anstellung in unserem Unternehmen
  • 6 Wochen Jahresurlaub
  • eine Vergütung nach den AVR.KW (bis zu 3.084 € brutto bei VZ)
  • eine Pflege- und Betreuungszulage iHv 80€ (VZ)
  • 130€ Kinderzuschlag pro Monat je Kind (VZ)
  • 6,5 % zusätzliche arbeitgeberfinanzierte Altersvorsorge.
  • 12,9 Monatsgehälter
  • 6 Wochen Jahresurlaub
  • Überstundenausgleich.
  • Zuzahlung zum Krankengeld ab der 7. Woche
  • Vermögenswirksame Leistungen
