Wir suchen zur Erweiterung unseres Teams in unserer Seniorenresidenz »Miriquidi« zusätzliche Betreuungskräfte § 43b SGB XI (m/w/d).

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erhaltung bzw. Förderung der geistigen und kognitiven Fähigkeiten der Bewohner
  • enge Kooperation mit Pflegekräften
  • Betreuungs- und Lebensqualität von Heimbewohnern mit eingeschränkter Alltagskompetenz verbessern
  • Hohe Wertschätzung der Bewohner
  • Austausch mit anderen Menschen und mehr Teilhabe am Leben in einer Gemeinschaft fördern
  • Ihr Profil:
  • staatlich anerkannter Abschluss, welcher die Qualifikationsanforderungen nach § 4 Abs. 3 Betreuungskräfterichtlinie erfüllt
  • Gelassenheit im Umgang mit verhaltensbedingten Besonderheiten infolge von demenziellen und psychischen Krankheiten oder geistigen Behinderungen
  • Fähigkeit zur würdevollen Begleitung und Anleitung von einzelnen oder mehreren Menschen mit Demenz, psychischen Erkrankungen oder geistigen Behinderungen
  • Phantasie, Kreativität, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Engagement und Belastbarkeit
  • Ein wahrer Teamgeist, welcher sowohl verantwortungsbewusst als auch aufgeschlossen ist.
  • Wir bieten:
