Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Alltagsbegleiter\*in/Betreuungskraft (m/w/d)
  • hohe persönliche und soziale Kompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise, gute Planungsfähigkeit
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Menschen mit Demenz
  • einfache PC-Kenntnisse
  • Einsatz im Früh- und Spätdienst, Wochenenddienste
  • Vorlage eines Gesundheitspasses und Erste-Hilfe-Nachweises
  • Vorlage eines aktuellen einfachen Führungszeugnisses
