Wir suchen für unser Pflegeheim in Weida eine

Zusätzliche Betreuungskraft ( m/w/d) nach § 53c SGB XI 20 Wochenstunden im Schichtsystem

für folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sicherung der bestmöglichen psychosozialen Betreuung der Bewohner
  • Kontaktaufnahme und Kontaktpflege mit dem Bewohner durch Gespräche
  • gemeinsame Beschäftigung, Freizeitgestaltung, gemeinsame Feste und Feiern (inkl. vor- und nachbereitenden Tätigkeiten)
  • Hilfe bei der Anleitung und Ermunterung zum Wiedererlernen und selbständigen Durchführen von Handlungen des täglichen Lebens
  • Motivation der Bewohner zur Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen und zur Inanspruchnahme therapeutischer Angebote, Bewegungsübungen und zur aktiven Beschäftigung in seinem Aufgabenbereich
  • Ziel ist es, jeden Bewohner täglich ein Beschäftigungsangebot mit o.g. Inhalt zur sinnvollen Freizeitgestaltung zu unterbreiten
