DEINE AUFGABEN :

Überprüfung der Fahrräder auf Qualität, Sicherheit und Funktionalität

Schulung der Mechaniker, Förderung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung

Diagnose und Behebung anspruchsvoller technischer Probleme

Einführung und Anleitung neuer Teammitglieder

Sicherstellung einer effizienten und fehlerfreien Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen.

DEIN PROFIL:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zweiradmechaniker, -Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fahrradbranche, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position

Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung wäre wünschenswert

Organisationsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu koordinieren

Kundenorientiertes Denken und Freude an der Arbeit im Team

DEINE ARBEITSZEIT:

Teilzeit oder Vollzeit 38,5 Stunden/Woche
