### ZWEIRADMECHATRONIKER (m/w/d) als Werkstattleitung Fachrichtung Fahrrad, in Vollzeit für unseren Standort Weinheim

Dein Verantwortungs- und Aufgabenbereich:

  • Unterstützung und Vertretung der Bereichsleitung
  • Anleitung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden, einschließlich Qualitätssicherung der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Kundenkontakt, einschließlich Dialogannahme von Reparaturaufträgen
  • Durchführung von Fahrradreparaturen und Inspektionen

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Abschluss als Zweiradmechatroniker
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Offenheit für neue Technologien
  • Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz, besonders im Umgang mit schwerbehinderten Menschen
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
