Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung des Agile Release Trains (ART) und Sicherstellung der Erreichung der PI Objectives
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung des PI Planning sowie Unterstützung der Release- und Umsetzungsplanung
  • Monitoring von Fortschritt, Delivery-Kennzahlen, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Identifikation und Beseitigung von Impediments sowie Steuerung von Eskalationen auf ART-Ebene
  • Moderation zentraler SAFe-Veranstaltungen, insbesondere PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, PO Sync, System Demo und Inspect & Adapt
  • Bereichs- und teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zwischen Teams, Management und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Moderation von Konflikten und Entscheidungsprozessen sowie Erstellung von Status- und Fortschrittsberichten
  • Coaching von Scrum Mastern, Product Ownern und weiteren ART-Beteiligten
  • Förderung der Lean-Agile-Arbeitsweise und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Zusammenarbeit, Performance, Qualität und Planbarkeit

Muss-Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Release Train Engineer (RTE) oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im skalierten agilen Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit SAFe und Agile Release Trains
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von PI Plannings
  • Kenntnisse im Risiko-, Abhängigkeits- und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholder Management auf unterschiedlichen Managementebenen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Kann-Anfordeurngen:

  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Zertifizierung oder weitere agile Zertifizierungen
  • Erfahrung in DevOps-Organisationen sowie in der Software- und Produktentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Konzernstrukturen
  • Kenntnisse in Jira, Confluence und vergleichbaren Tools

Auslastung : 60%

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
