für unseren Kunden in Karlsruhe suchen wir einen Senior Change & Transformation Manager (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Analyse von Change-Befragungen sowie Ableitung und Priorisierung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung bereichsübergreifender Transformationsinitiativen
  • Aufbau eines transparenten Change-Portfolios einschließlich Erfolgsmessung und Reporting
  • Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption und Umsetzung organisatorischer Veränderungen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Koordination eines Change-Multiplikatoren-Netzwerks
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Stakeholdern sowie Moderation von Workshops und Entscheidungsformaten
  • Gestaltung zielgruppengerechter Change-Kommunikation

Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Change-Management oder in der Organisationsentwicklung, vorzugsweise im IT-Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Steuerung komplexer Transformationsprojekte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Change-Methoden wie ADKAR, Kotter oder systemischer Organisationsentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Auswertung von Befragungsdaten und Entwicklung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Praxis im Aufbau von Change-Netzwerken und der Begleitung internationaler Organisationsveränderungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Stakeholdermanagement
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
