Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Koordination von Releases und IT-Umgebungen gemäß Projekt-Roadmap
  • Abstimmung mit IT-Betrieb und operativen Teams zu Installationen, Tests und Migrationen
  • Überwachung und Reporting von Release-Status, Fortschritten, Risiken und Abweichungen
  • Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Umgebungskonfigurationen sowie Release-Historien
  • Koordination der Bereitstellung neuer Umgebungen sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Störungen
  • Steuerung von Changes, Incidents und Problemmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Support und Betrieb
  • Überwachung der Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Aktualität der Umgebungen sowie Koordination von Backups und Monitoring
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Projekten und Teams bei technischen Abhängigkeiten und Schnittstellen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebsdokumentationen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Release- und Umgebungsprozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und termingerechten Durchführung von Releases und Umgebungsaktivitäten

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung im Release- und Umgebungsmanagement in IT-Projekten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Change-, Incident- und Problemmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Koordination verschiedener Teams
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Stakeholdermanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Dokumentation, im Reporting und im Umgang mit technischen Abhängigkeiten
  • Verständnis für IT-Betriebsprozesse sowie Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen
