Aufgaben:

  • Analyse und Dokumentation bestehender Anwendungen, Geschäftsprozesse und Schnittstellen
  • Abstimmung technischer Details der Java-/JSF-Anwendung mit Entwicklern und Zusammenführung von Informationen aus verschiedenen Teams
  • Bewertung bestehender Funktionen hinsichtlich Übernahme, Anpassung oder Ablösung
  • Modellierung fachlicher Prozesse mit BPMN und Erstellung von Domänenmodellen
  • Analyse von Schnittstellen und Erstellung fachlicher Daten-Mappings inklusive Geschäftsregeln und Sonderfällen
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Features, Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien in Jira bis zur Sprint-Reife
  • Unterstützung bei fachlichen Tests und Abnahmen sowie Dokumentation in Confluence
  • Nutzung freigegebener KI-Werkzeuge zur Unterstützung der Business-Analyse

Muss-Anforderungen:

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung als Business Analyst in komplexen IT-Projekten mit eigenständiger Verantwortung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Anforderungsanalyse, Anforderungsmanagement und Erstellung von Features, Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Sichere Jira-Praxis sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit mit Confluence
  • Erfahrung mit BPMN, Domänenmodellen und Scrum
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in REST-/OpenAPI- und JSON-Schnittstellen sowie fachlichen Daten-Mappings
  • Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Analyse komplexer Zusammenhänge und zur strukturierten Aufbereitung von Informationen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Kann-Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld, insbesondere Komposit-Schaden, sowie mit der Ablösung von Bestandssystemen
  • Kenntnisse in Java/JSF, WSDL/XML, GraphQL oder SQL
  • Kenntnisse in Camunda 7/8 und Domain-driven Design
  • Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Business-Analyse

Aufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
