  • Remote-Support auf 1st- und 2nd-Level-Ebene Verwaltung und
  • Administration von Microsoft Clients- und Serversystemen Betreuung der
  • Standard-Applikationen wie Microsoft Office-Produkte Annahme,
  • Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen und
  • Serviceanfragen via Ticketsystem und Telefon Profil Sicherer Umgang
  • mit Microsoft Client-Betriebssystemen Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung
  • oder entsprechendes IT-Studium Grundlegende Kenntnisse in
  • IP-Netzwerken und Servern Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Hyper-V,
  • NAS-Systemen, Backup-Lösungen und IT-Sicherheitsprodukten
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Lösungsorientierung
