We are seeking a 3D BIM Modeler who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality technical work. This role is ideal for someone who prefers a steady, methodical pace, values clear expectations, and enjoys developing deep expertise over time.
You’ll play a key role in supporting project success by creating reliable, detailed models that directly impact how work is executed in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update 3D BIM models for concrete construction projects.
Create and manage detailed models for formwork, reinforcement, and placement.
Prepare BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project information.
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between building systems.
Utilize BIM software (Tekla, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) for project visualization and planning.
Provide technical support and training on BIM processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in BIM software (Tekla, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
Strong understanding of concrete construction methods and industry standards.
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Must be able to exert 25-50 pounds of force occasionally and travel as required.
Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring regular travel to project locations across the U.S.
