Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
  • Sicherstellung von Produktionszielen, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit
  • Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes inkl. Schichtplanung
  • Organisation und Überwachung vorbeugender Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei Projekten
  • Schnittstelle zu angrenzenden Abteilungen sowie internen und externen Ansprechpartnern

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und Durchsetzungsvermögen
