Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Burgsinn eine/n Abteilungsleiter Produktion (m/w/d) Metallverarbeitung 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des täglichen Produktionsablaufs
  • Aktive und produktive Mitarbeit in der Fertigung
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Konstruktion und Geschäftsführung
  • Optimierung der Kapazitätsauslastung von Personal, Maschinen und Material
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und effiziente Prozesse
  • Fachliche Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung von rund 35 Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitwirkung an technischen Lösungen sowie an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich, idealerweise mit Meister-/Technikerqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Dünnblechverarbeitung und fundierte Kenntnisse in Fertigungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Produktionsorganisation
  • Bereitschaft, aktiv in der Fertigung mitzuarbeiten
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- & Spätschicht)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
