  • Jugendhilfe gestalten & bewegen : Du entwickelst die Angebote der Jugendhilfe gemeinsam mit dem Leitungsteam strategisch weiter. Dabei behältst du den Blick für das große Ganze und setzt neue Maßnahmen lösungsorientiert um.
  • Mitarbeiter leiten & entwickeln: Du unterstützt deine Mitarbeitenden dabei, ihre Stärken auszubauen und sich fachlich wie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Verantwortung übernehmen & Ressourcen steuern: Du verantwortest das Abteilungsbudget und sorgst für die Umsetzung der vereinbarten Hilfeplanung für junge Menschen.
  • Veränderungsprozesse steuern & begleiten: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bereichsleitung bringst du eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest Veränderungsprozesse aktiv mit.

### Was wir uns wünschen

  • Qualifikation, die zählt: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Soziale Arbeit oder Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fachlich stark & berufserfahren: Du hast eine systemische Weiterbildung und langjährige (Leitungs-)Erfahrung im Kontext der Jugendhilfe/SGB VIII.
  • Eigeninitiative & sicher im Handeln: Du behältst auch in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld und in schwierigen Situationen einen klaren Kopf, denkst strategisch und handelst lösungsorientiert.
  • Du behältst den Überblick bei Zahlen & Budgets, erkennst wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und deren Steuerung und hast Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Budgets.
