Account Executive, KR Global Expansion, MENA Marketplace

Amazon Global Selling Korea team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive in the New Seller Recruiting Team.

In this role, the Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and recruiting Korean beauty brands and sellers of all sizes to grow their business in the MENA Marketplace (www.Amazon.ae / www.Amazon.sa). This person will locate, target, and manage a pipeline of prospective Korean sellers, and market the benefits of selling on Amazon to support the Global Selling business in meeting its account acquisition and output goals. The ideal candidate will be agile and able to deal successfully with contacts at all levels while discussing the Global Selling on Amazon value proposition.

Background on Amazon Global Selling: Amazon operates 22 online marketplaces worldwide that help businesses grow internationally no matter where they are physically established. Through Global Selling, Korean sellers get direct access to hundreds of millions of active customers worldwide. This position focuses on recruiting and onboarding Korean beauty sellers for the MENA Marketplace.

• Key job responsibilities
• 1. Identify, prospect, and recruit Korean beauty brands, and hand-hold them to launch and grow as Amazon sellers in MENA.
• 2. Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Global Selling service, and engage with sellers to understand their needs and gauge fit with Amazon's product set.
• 3. Analyze customer data and market trends to recommend new product and SKU opportunities to sellers.
• 4. Implement and track metrics for the success and quality of sellers, and use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
• 5. Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment, including the beauty category and international markets.
• 6. Manage a pipeline of prospective sellers and use Salesforce or other CRM tools to track all pertinent account information.
• 7. Develop a clear understanding of Selling on Amazon product features and functionalities, and drive seller performance.
• 8. Meet or exceed goals and operational metrics by managing numerous opportunities strategically and concurrently.

Basic qualifications

• - 2+ years of professional or military experience
• - Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies

Preferred qualifications

• - Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
• - Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
