About the Opportunity

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting teams that make a difference? Jackson Health Pros is looking for an Account Manager Associate to join our growing K-12 Staffing team!

In this role, you'll work closely with our Account Managers, Recruiters, and school district partners to help ensure a seamless staffing experience from candidate submission through onboarding and placement.

You'll play an important role in supporting our school district partnerships, coordinating hiring activities, and helping healthcare and education professionals get into schools where they're needed most.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys building relationships, and is looking to grow their career in account management, staffing, or client services.

What You'll Do

Support Account Management & School Staffing Operations

  • Partner with Account Managers to coordinate candidate submissions, onboarding requirements, and placement activities for school district clients.
  • Track credentialing, background clearances, certifications, and other documentation to ensure candidates are ready to start their assignments on time.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, client, and assignment information across internal systems and school district platforms.
  • Monitor school calendars, assignment dates, and district-specific requirements to support smooth staffing operations.
  • Assist with contract administration, renewals, reporting, and other account management activities.

Build Relationships & Support Client Communication

  • Communicate with school district contacts, recruiters, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve outstanding needs.
  • Help coordinate interviews, candidate submissions, offers, and start dates.
  • Provide coverage for Account Managers when needed, ensuring clients and candidates continue receiving excellent service.
  • Support client outreach, research, and business development initiatives.

Keep Things Moving During Peak Hiring Seasons

  • Help manage high-volume staffing activity during the busy back-to-school season.
  • Proactively follow up on pending submissions, onboarding requirements, and upcoming start dates.
  • Identify potential challenges, communicate updates, and help keep the placement process on track.

What we are looking for:

  • 1+ years of professional work experience; experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, education, healthcare, or client services is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in wherever support is needed.
  • Experience working with K-12 schools, special education services, or school-based staffing is a plus!

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, hybrid position with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Additional flexibility may be needed during peak back-to-school hiring season (July–September) and to support school district partners across different time zones.
