Manager Title: Associate Director, Accounting Operations

Position Summary: The Accounting Operations Analyst plays a key role in the execution and continuous improvement of Roivant's accounting operations. This role supports financial data workflows, process documentation and enhancement, and SOX-related process mapping, with the flexibility to provide operational support across Accounting Operations initiatives as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about data and operational excellence, and collaborates effectively across teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant execution in support of broader Accounting Operations initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Support and continuously improve accounting workflows, SOPs, and related documentation

Contribute to process optimization and system enhancement initiatives across the accounting function

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to simplify, automate, or eliminate manual steps

Monitor process performance and drive ongoing improvements to accuracy and efficiency

Support internal controls and respond to audit requests, including process mapping and flowcharting to document and strengthen compliance across accounting workflows

Provide operational support across Accounting Operations functions as capacity allows

Assist with reporting needs and ad hoc analysis to support broader Accounting/Finance initiatives

Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field

Self-starter who enjoys solving problems proactively and creatively

Process-oriented with an appetite for continuous improvement

Organized and high attention to detail

Experience supporting month-end close and/or working in SOX-controlled environments preferred

Strong ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and related financial systems (Coupa and Concur a plus)

Pharmaceutical experience with clinical trials a plus

Base salary for this role will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions. The expected base salary for the role will generally be between $75,000 - $105,000 per year at the commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on individual circumstances and business and market conditions.

Base salary if hired is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include other components such as discretionary bonuses, equity, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.
