Description
Dynamic, well-established property management company seeks a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused full-time administrative assistant.
The administrative assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the corporation. You will play a key role in operational efficiency, administrative support, and customer service. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Filing
- Scanning
- Computer data entry
- Must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Data entry
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
- Must exemplify good telephone skills, customer service skills, and be well organized.
- Must have a great work ethic, be self-motivated and comfortable learning new skills, take direction and be a positive team player.

Requirements
- Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Must have experience with data entry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Must be dependable
- Critical and analytical thinking skills are expected
