Administrative Assistant | Highmark Stadium

THE ROLE

We are looking for an Admin i s trative Assistant to join our team Local Eats team. As a local eats admin , you will be coordinating staffing, shifts, and operational coverage for all food and beverage locations within an NFL stadium helping to deliver seamless gameday and event execution. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist with s chedul ing employees across all concessions locations while aligning staffing levels with expected attendance, kickoff time, and event type (regular season, playoffs, concerts, etc.)

Assist with time and payroll processing for the department

Assist with in-person trainings

Assist with c oordinat ing nonprofit organizations participating in concessions fundraising programs; tracking participation, hours worked, and confirm documentation for payouts/donations

Ensure all staff and nonprofit participants comply with labor laws, health regulations, proper credentialing and company policies

Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of guest food and beverage requirements.

Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years of age or older

Strong attention to detail.

Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

COMPENSATION : C ompetitive salary of $2 2 /hour c ommensurate with experience .
