About the role:
Reporting to the Manager Talent Development, Performance & Succession, the Advisor, Talent Management will be responsible for providing insights and support for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EVR’s talent management programs and initiatives. This role partners closely with HR leaders, consults with stakeholders across the business, and supports people leaders to develop the talent programming that will improve our organizational capability, support employee growth, and build our talent pipeline.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with Interpersonal skills with solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with others to support program improvements.
