The Role
As an Affiliate Manager, you’ll drive Mindvalley’s growth by building and nurturing strategic affiliate partnerships. You’ll recruit, onboard, and empower affiliates to promote our transformational programs, expanding our reach and impact globally. Your work will directly shape how new audiences discover Mindvalley.
What You'll do:
Design and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to grow revenue and customer acquisition
Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliates across diverse categories and channels, including websites, newsletters, and authors
Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial terms with affiliates and direct partners
Continuously analyze and optimize affiliate performance to maximize ROI
Develop and oversee bespoke partnership deals beyond traditional affiliate networks
Provide resources, marketing collateral, and ongoing support to partners
Represent Mindvalley at industry events, building strong relationships with key affiliates and partners
Monitor market trends, competitor campaigns, and leverage SEO, media buying, and sales funnel expertise to enhance program effectiveness
What success looks like:
90 days in, you’ve onboarded new high-potential affiliates and partners, with clear growth in affiliate-driven revenue
Affiliate program performance is tracked, with actionable insights and optimizations already implemented
Key relationships are established, and Mindvalley’s presence is growing across new channels and audiences
Experience:
Proven track record of growing and managing successful affiliate programs
Strong understanding of SEO, media buying, funnels, and marketing strategies
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and independent approach
Experience with affiliate platforms and tools
