Betriebliche Altersvorsorge/VL

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • ✓ Aufbau und Verbesserung der Transparenz hinsichtlich der Aftermarket-Performance

✓ (Pipeline, Auftragseingang, Auftragsbestand, Umsatz, Marge)

✓ Unterstützung von Entscheidungen durch klare und verlässliche Berichterstattung

✓ Agieren als Business Partner für Stakeholder in zentralen und regionalen Teams

✓ Beitrag zur strategischen Planung und zum Performance-Management im Aftermarket-Bereich

  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • ✓ ein abgeschlossenes min. 4-järiges Hochschulstudium

✓ Deutsch mind. auf Level C2/fließend in Wort und Schrift

✓ Englisch mind. auf Level C1/fließend in Wort und Schrift

✓ Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit Teamgeist und Flexibilität

✓ Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für Neues

✓ Sehr gute betriebswirtschaftliche und buchhalterische Kenntnisse

✓ Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

✓ Sehr gute Kenntnisse controllingspezifischer Softwarelösungen (insb. SAP Module und/oder Analysetools wie MS PowerBI)

✓ Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten

✓ Hohe Eigenmotivation

✓ Ausgeprägte Gewissenhaftigkeit und starkes Qualitätsbewusstsein

✓ Kommunikationsstärke
