## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung markt-, produkt- und markenbezogener Kommunikationsstrategien für die Business Units PACKAGING & NONWOVENS
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Marketing zur Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Marktkommunikation
  • Planung und Durchführung von B2B-Marketingkampagnen sowie Erstellung von zielgruppengerechtem Content für digitale Kanäle
  • Organisation von Kundenevents, Messen und Webinaren in Zusammenarbeit mit der zentralen Marketingabteilung
  • Analyse und Reporting der Kommunikationswirksamkeit anhand definierter KPIs sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

## Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing, Business Development oder Market Communication im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Social Media und digitaler Kommunikation, insbesondere CM Systeme
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, vorzugsweise Salesforce, sowie datenbasierter Kampagnensteuerung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick sowie analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
