MISSIONS

L’Agent de planning (H/F) assure la relation client sur un secteur donné et est continuellement en lien avec les services de l’entreprise.

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Commercial, il (elle) sera principalement chargé(e) de :

  • Enregistrer les commandes en analysant la demande du client
  • Etablir et transmettre le planning prévisionnel de livraison (du lendemain et des jours suivants)
  • Définir les moyens en camions
  • Proposer des conditions de livraison adaptées après avoir évalué les contraintes
  • Suivre le bon déroulement du planning et l’adapter si besoin en fonction des aléas
  • Assurer des prises de commandes en débord et remplacement
  • Assurer un rôle support auprès de l’équipe commerciale
  • Renseigner le client sur les produits, les prix et le conseiller
  • Gestion du parc transport via la géolocalisation

FORMATION

Niveau Bac à Bac +2

COMPETENCECES et QUALITES REQUISES

  • Expérience dans un poste similaire souhaité
  • Bonne connaissance de la zone géographique concernée
  • Capacité d’organisation et de gestion des priorités
  • Capacité à proposer des améliorations dans la chaîne transport
  • Capacité d’écoute et flexibilité liées au changement des commandes des clients.

PROFIL SOUHAITE

Une maitrise des outils informatique (Pack office) est vivement recommandée ainsi que l’utilisation du logiciel SAP.

Le poste demande d’être à l’aise avec la téléphonie.

Une expérience dans le secteur du BTP et/ou Béton serait un atout à votre candidature. Cependant ce critère n’est pas rédhibitoire car si vous souhaitez apprendre et vous investir dans un nouveau poste qui allie imprévu, gestion du temps et esprit d’équipe, votre candidature sera la bienvenue.
