Description

Develop and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondent partners within an assigned territory

Prospect and onboard new broker partners to grow wholesale loan volume

Guide brokers through loan program guidelines, pricing, and submission requirements

Partner with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to keep loans moving and support pull-through

Track pipeline activity and report on production, partner engagement, and territory growth

Stay current on wholesale lending guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements

Requirements

2+ years of wholesale/broker-channel mortgage sales experience (required)

Ability to maintain all licensing and compliance requirements as applicable

Working knowledge of loan products

Strong relationship-building, communication, and territory-management skills

Comfort with CRM and LOS platforms; wholesale channel experience a plus
