What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a software developer with practical experience designing and building AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with a solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and intelligent automation.

This role is focused on building production-ready solutions, not AI research. Success in this position requires the ability to evaluate business problems, determine when AI adds value, and design scalable solutions that combine traditional software engineering with AI capabilities.

Essential Functions

AI Solution Architecture & Development

• •Design and develop AI-powered applications, assistants, agents, and intelligent automations.
• •Build hybrid solutions that combine deterministic business logic with LLM-powered capabilities.
• •Evaluate when AI is appropriate and when traditional software engineering approaches provide a better outcome.
• •Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms and business processes.

Software Engineering

• •Develop and maintain Python-based applications, APIs, and backend services.
• •Design and implement REST APIs and system integrations.
• •Build production-ready solutions using modern software engineering best practices.
• •Ensure solutions follow standards for maintainability, testing, monitoring, security, and deployment.

Data & Integration

• •Design and work with relational and non-relational databases.
• •Build integrations with enterprise applications, external services, and AI platforms.
• •Develop solutions that combine structured business data with AI capabilities.
• •Understand data quality, data governance, and performance considerations when designing AI applications.

Deployment & Operations

• •Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI solutions in production environments.
• •Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• •Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and operational issues.
• •Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and supportable.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• •3+ years of software development experience.
• •Strong Python development skills.
• •Experience designing and deploying production applications.
• •Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices.
• •Experience with databases, data modelling, and API development.
• •Experience with at least one modern Python web framework: FastAPIFlaskDjango
• •Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI solution design.
• •Experience integrating AI services into applications or business processes.
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, assistants, chatbots, or agents.
• •Experience with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
• •Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• •Experience deploying AI solutions into production.
• •Experience with cloud platforms and AI services.
• •Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or similar technologies.
• •Experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
