Technology & Analytics | The Builders and Translators
We are a 1,000-piece puzzle. Each of us is essential, interconnected, and intentionally designed. Together, we create something powerful: media that matters, growth that lasts, and a culture we are proud to build.
As part of our Technology & Analytics team, you are one of the Builders and Translators, turning complex data, emerging technologies, and innovative ideas into practical solutions that help our entire agency work smarter. You connect human expertise with the power of technology, finding smarter ways to use data, simplify processes, and help our people make better decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
At Attention Arc, we believe technology should amplify human expertise, not replace it.
As our AI-Enabled Business Analyst , you'll combine analytical thinking, data expertise, business curiosity, and practical knowledge of AI to improve how our agency operates.
You'll work directly with department leaders, managers, and employees to understand how work actually gets done. You'll ask thoughtful questions, map workflows, examine decision points, and identify opportunities to simplify processes, connect data, and eliminate repetitive work.
This role is different from a traditional media analyst position. While our client-facing analysts focus on account-specific challenges and performance, you'll focus on opportunities that benefit the broader agency. You'll look for recurring challenges across teams and clients, then help develop solutions that can be reused, scaled, and continuously improved.
You'll work with data from multiple systems, write SQL queries, use platforms such as Snowflake, and apply AI tools to make information more accessible and useful. Whether you're combining three datasets into one reliable reporting process, improving a planning calculator, or helping a team develop better AI prompts, your focus will be on solving real business problems.
You don't need to be a full-stack software developer. You do need to be comfortable working with data, understanding technical systems, learning new tools, and translating business needs into practical solutions.
Most importantly, you'll be curious enough to ask why a process exists, thoughtful enough to understand the decisions behind it, and resourceful enough to find a better way.
Your impact will be measured by the clarity you create, the time you save, the processes you improve, and the value your solutions bring to people across Attention Arc.

Analyze existing workflows to identify manual processes, duplicated effort, inefficiencies, disconnected systems, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and decision trees that document how work moves through the agency and how decisions are made.
Ask thoughtful questions to uncover the underlying business problem rather than simply automating an existing process.
Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes across departments and client teams.
Translate business challenges into clear requirements for data solutions, AI applications, workflow automations, and process improvements.
Evaluate potential solutions based on feasibility, expected time savings, accuracy, scalability, and business impact.
Collaborate with stakeholders to test proposed improvements and ensure solutions fit how employees actually work.
Data Analysis, Integration & Optimization
Work with data from multiple internal and external sources to support agency-wide operational improvements.
Use SQL and Snowflake to query, join, transform, validate, and organize datasets.
Combine information from multiple sources into consolidated datasets, reports, or workflows that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Identify opportunities to simplify recurring data preparation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
Analyze data structures and relationships to understand how information flows between systems.
Build and improve data-driven tools, calculators, templates, and reporting processes that support business decision-making.
Support the development of reusable data models and standardized reporting approaches that can benefit multiple departments or client teams.
Investigate data quality issues, inconsistent definitions, missing information, and process gaps that affect reporting or operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Technology colleagues on more complex integrations and data infrastructure needs.
Document data sources, transformation logic, calculations, and assumptions to support accuracy and repeatability.
AI Enablement & Prompt Optimization
Identify practical opportunities to use generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to improve agency workflows.
Work with teams to understand the inputs, business context, rules, and desired outputs needed for effective AI-assisted processes.
Develop, test, and refine prompts that help employees complete recurring tasks more consistently and efficiently.
Create structured prompt templates, instructions, and repeatable AI-assisted workflows for common business needs.
Partner with Media Planning and other departments to explore how AI can support research, information synthesis, plan development, reporting, and operational tasks.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, usefulness, and alignment with business requirements.
Help determine when AI is an appropriate solution and when better data organization, process redesign, or conventional automation would be more effective.
Explore tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and other relevant AI platforms.
Document successful AI use cases and help make them accessible to employees across the agency.
Apply responsible AI practices, including appropriate human review, data privacy, and information security.
Workflow Automation & Business Solutions
Identify repetitive tasks and recurring operational challenges that could be improved through automation.
Develop or configure practical solutions using spreadsheets, SQL, AI platforms, workflow automation tools, and lightweight scripting where appropriate.
Help simplify multi-step processes by connecting data sources, standardizing inputs, and reducing manual handoffs.
Build and improve operational tools such as calculators, trackers, reporting templates, data preparation workflows, and AI-assisted processes.
Explore automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar tools to streamline recurring activities.
Work with technical colleagues when a solution requires more complex software development, system integrations, or engineering support.
Test solutions with end users to ensure they produce accurate results and are practical to maintain.
Monitor implemented workflows and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
Agency-Wide Efficiency & Operational Innovation
Look beyond individual client accounts to identify recurring challenges and improvement opportunities across the agency.
Recognize patterns in how different teams approach similar tasks and identify opportunities for shared solutions.
Collaborate with Media Planning, Activation, Research, Analytics, Account Services, Ad Operations, Finance, Project Management, and People & Experience.
Help develop scalable processes and tools that can be used by multiple departments or client teams.
Partner with department stakeholders to improve consistency, reduce unnecessary complexity, and strengthen operational effectiveness.
Support initiatives that improve the accessibility, organization, and usefulness
