Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen
  • Telefonische & schriftliche Kommunikation mit Interessenten
  • Neukundenakquise & Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
  • Datenpflege und Dokumentation im CRM
  • Unterstützung bei Vertriebsaktionen und Kampagnen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundenservice oder in der Akquise
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstark und kundenorientiert
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • CRM-Erfahrung von Vorteil
