ALLROUNDER IM SERVICE- UND EMPFANGSBEREICH (M/W/D)

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Professionelle und freundliche Bewirtung von Kunden- und Besuchergruppen in unserem IREKS-Campus
  • Pflege unserer Tagungsräume und der Bistro-Küche
  • Zuvorkommender und herzlicher Empfang unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
  • Entgegennahme und Vermittlung eingehender Telefonate in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Betreuung unserer Besucherzimmer
  • Mitwirkung in der Administration des Bereichs

### Ihr Profil

  • Freude am Umgang mit nationalen und internationalen Gästen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Restaurant-/Hotelfachkraft oder vergleichbar
  • Freundliches, souveränes und gepflegtes Auftreten sowie exzellente Umgangsformen
  • Organisationstalent mit der Fähigkeit, stets den Überblick zu behalten
  • Sprachkenntnisse nach CEF: Deutsch (C1), Englisch (B2)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten
