Wir sind eine moderne, patientenorientierte ambulante Augenklinik mit Schwerpunkt Cataract-Chirurgie und IVOM-Behandlungen – und wir suchen Dich zur Ergänzung unseres eingespielten OP-Teams!

  • Wen wir suchen:
  • Eine empathische, engagierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung im OP-Bereich – ob als OP-Schwester, OP-Pfleger oder MFA (m/w/d) mit OP-Kenntnissen.
  • Du fühlst dich sowohl im Steri-Raum als auch am sterilen OP-Tisch wohl und bringst ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Freude an strukturierter Arbeit mit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Mitwirkung im gesamten OP-Ablauf – vom Instrumenten-Management bis zur Assistenz am OP-Tisch
  • Sicherstellung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen und Teamkolleg:innen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Eingriffen, inkl. Cataract-OPs und IVOMs
