Working closely with analytics, media, and client teams, you will contribute to reporting, dashboard development, and performance analysis while building expertise in media measurement and marketing analytics.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Support campaign measurement and performance reporting across media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and others. Work alongside senior team members to track and interpret campaign performance.
  • Assist with reporting infrastructure by learning how performance data is tracked, organized, and maintained. Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to understand client reporting needs.
  • Contribute to data-driven reporting and insights by supporting the analysis and presentation of campaign performance. Learn to communicate findings clearly to internal and client teams with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Participate in media testing initiatives by supporting test analysis and learning how campaign effectiveness is measured. Help collect data, organize findings, and support statistical interpretation under supervision.
  • Develop an understanding of analytical approaches used to assess campaign performance, including foundational statistical methods. Support senior analysts in evaluating media impact through hands-on learning and mentorship.

Dashboard Building & Data Management

  • Help maintain and improve client dashboards across visualization platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI. Support dashboard updates and optimization efforts under guidance.
  • Work with data engineering teams to understand how advertising data is extracted, transformed, and organized. Learn to write basic SQL queries for data extraction and validation. Support the creation and maintenance of data connections to media platforms.
  • Monitor data quality by identifying discrepancies and supporting the resolution of data issues. Assist in automating routine reporting processes where applicable.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Support team projects and collaborate with agency and client teams on reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Participate in the preparation of client meetings and help present reporting updates and performance summaries to stakeholders. Learn to translate data and findings into clear, business-friendly language with support from senior team members.
  • Communicate findings clearly to internal and client stakeholders while developing presentation and storytelling skills through mentorship and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Master's or PhD degrees in related disciplines with transferable skills are considered an asset.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in analytics, data management, research, or related fields. Prior advertising or marketing experience is not required. We will provide training on media platforms and measurement fundamentals.
  • Foundational SQL skills, including the ability to write basic queries for data extraction, filtering, and validation. You do not need to be an expert; we will support your development as you grow in the role.
  • Comfortable working with data and using quantitative insights to support decision-making. Willing to work with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports while developing analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, data visualization tools, or similar technologies. Expertise is not required; we will support growth across multiple tools and platforms.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain findings, ask thoughtful questions, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn. Interested in data, analytics, and understanding how advertising and media measurement work. Excited to grow both technically and professionally.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Python or R. Helpful for automating analysis and learning statistical methods, but not required. We will support your development in these areas.
  • Exposure to advertising or media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4, or similar tools. If you have not worked with these platforms before, we will provide training.
  • Exposure to statistical concepts such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, experimental design, or related methodologies. Academic coursework or practical application is considered an asset.
