Service Appointment Coordinator / Business Development Center Representative

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Service BDC team. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Pay

$18 per hour plus monthly bonuses

Schedule

• •40 hours per week
• •Fixed bi-weekly rotating schedule, including every other weekend

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• •Handle inbound and outbound customer communication regarding service appointments
• •Schedule and coordinate customer service appointments efficiently
• •Review vehicle history, open recalls, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
• •Educate customers on recommended services and available maintenance options
• •Build strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication
• •Maintain strong communication with dealership staff to help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• •Confident phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Basic computer and typing skills (Customer Relationship Management experience is a plus!)
• •Ability to stay organized, multitask, and follow processes
• •Adaptable, positive, coachable attitude and team-player mindset
• •Comfortable communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment while listening carefully to the customers concerns and needs
• •Experience in customer service, call centers, retail or automotive industry
