Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufrechterhaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse für Flughafenlöschfahrzeuge
  • Dokumentation und Zeitermittlung der Produktionsprozesse gemäß den betrieblichen Vorgaben
  • Planung und Gestaltung der Produktionsarbeitsplätze sowie der erforderlichen Betriebsmittel
  • Laufendes Mitwirken an der Erhöhung der Prozesssicherheit und Prozessstabilität
  • Umsetzung von Optimierungsaktivitäten am Shopfloor
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsplänen und Montageplätzen inkl. Prozessdokumentation
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Investitionsprojekten

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen Arbeitstechnik, Projektmanagement und Prozessmanagement
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sorgfalt, Genauigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Einsatz und Qualifikation zahlen sich doppelt aus: durch überkollektivvertragliche Bezahlung ab mindestens EUR 47.000,- (Jahresbruttogehalt) und vor allem durch das unglaublich gute Gefühl bei Rosenbauer Großes zu schaffen.
