Wir sind ein „familiäres“ Team aus einer Architektin, zwei Architekten, einer Bau-Ing. und einer Bauzeichnerin

Derzeit planen wir die Sanierung von 2 Turnhallen, bauen ein Altersheim um und werden demnächst in eine Schulsanierung einsteigen.

In den letzten Jahren haben wir einige Wohnhäuser saniert, ein Bürogebäude neu gebaut/ geplant und einige kleinere Umbaumaßnahmen betreut.

Wir sind nicht festgelegt auf spezielle Bauaufgaben sondern stellen uns immer den Anforderungen unserer Auftraggeber.

Zum nächst möglichen Eintritt suchen wir einen versierter Architekt (m/w/d) für:

  • Erstellung von Skizzen und Entwurfszeichnungen (an zweiter Stelle)
  • Ermittlung von Baukosten
  • Koordination der Fachplanungen
  • Übertragen von Vorlagen/ Skizzen in CAD Daten,
  • Anfertigung von Werkplänen,
  • Mitarbeit bei Baugenehmigungen,
  • Berechnungen von Flächen und Rauminhalten,
  • Aufmessen von Gebäuden, ggf. Ausschreibungen und Bauleitung.

Das Gehalt richtet sich natürlich maßgeblich nach der Berufserfahrung; es werden leistungsspezifische Prämien gezahlt und
