Job Description:

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Ransbach-Baumbach zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Assistant Customer Services (m/w/d).

Ihre zukünftigen Tätigkeiten:

Kundenbetreuung von der Kundenanfrage bis zur Auftragsabwicklung durch Auftragserfassung und Änderung nach Kundenwunsch

Auftragsprüfung, Auftragsbestätigung, Zollabwicklung sowie administrative Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenprojekten durch Sicherstellung einer korrekten und konformen Dokumentation

Disposition der Logistikdienstleistungen für Schüttgüter bei vorgegebenen Partnern für die Verkehrsträger Straße, Fluss sowie Umschlagsbetriebe

Planung der internen Transporte zwischen den Standorten und an die Kunden

Buchung der Warenbewegungen und Beständen in SAP

Planung von Materialbedarf sowie Bestellung von Rohstoffen

Telefonische und schriftliche Reklamationsbearbeitung

Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, dem Versand und der Weiterverfolgung von Angeboten und Mustern an Kunden

Über Sie:

Bachelor mit BWL-Komponente oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Großhandel, Spedition) und/oder gleichwertige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

Erfahrung im Kundendienst und/oder der Transportdisposition und Steuerung von Logistikdienstleistungen von Vorteil

MS-Office, CRM (Salesforce), IT-Affinität, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Entscheidungsfreude, Belastbarkeit, Kommunikationsstärke

Freude an der Arbeit mit Kunden, Dienstleistern und im Team

Solide Englischkenntnisse, andere Sprachen von Vorteil
