Role Purpose

Support the effective implementation and oversight of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) controls within Life Operations by delivering independent monitoring, control assurance, incident management, and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. AFC Monitoring & Control Assurance

Execute risk-based monitoring and quality assurance reviews.

Identify control gaps and support remediation activities.

Escalate material findings and emerging risks.

2. AML/CFT Control Implementation

Support development and maintenance of AML/CFT procedures.

Validate control effectiveness.

3. MI Reporting & Data Analytics

Prepare AFC dashboards and management reports.

Analyse trends and risks.

4. Transaction Monitoring (TM)

Support TM rule lifecycle and alert quality reviews.

5. AFC Incident Management

Coordinate tracking and resolution of AFC incidents.

6. Governance & Stakeholder Coordination

Support audits, reviews and governance forums.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in AML/CFT, Financial Crime, Risk or Compliance.
