Assistant Parts Manager - Ford

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated parts professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• •2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferred
• •2 years of sales experience preferred
• •Excellent customer service skills
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• •Assist Parts Manager with all duties.
• •Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
• •Work with the Service Manager to ensure parts are in-stock or ordered in a timely manner as needed for all scheduled repairs.
• •Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals.
• •Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and professionally.
• •Keep up to date on manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures.
