Assistant Store Manager

Location: Ashford Men's Outlet

The Retail Division at MICHAEL KORS is a growing network of more than 30 Outlets, 80 Lifestyle stores, and 100 Concessions/Shop-in-Shops across 21 European countries. Our EMEA Retail team is passionate, driven, multicultural, and proud to represent the spirit of our global brand .

What You’ll Do:

Execute business plans and drive results through collaboration

Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams

Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on performance

Deliver standout service experiences and build strong client relationships

Maximise omni-channel opportunities using tools and tech

You’ll Need to Have:

Experience as an ASM in a high-volume retail setting Strong track record of hitting sales/KPI targets

A proactive, solutions-driven mindset

Passion for fashion and understanding of the premium/luxury landscape

Fluency in English

Additional language is a plus
