Assistant Store Manager - Carousel

Due to exciting growth plans and recent internal promotions across the business, we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Carousel store! We want a leader who will bring energy, passion, and a genuine love for the customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

As an ASM, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store:

Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense

Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance

Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable

Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time

Must be available to work full time on a Sunday to Thursday roster
